Types of Immigration Service’s

– Express Entry System:

This is a fast and efficient way for skilled workers to immigrate to Canada. Applicants are evaluated based on their skills, education, and work experience, and if they are deemed eligible, they are placed in a pool of candidates. The highest-scoring candidates are then invited to apply for permanent residency.

– Provincial Nominee Program (PNP):

Each Canadian province and territory has its own immigration programs designed to meet the specific needs of their local labor markets. These programs allow provinces to nominate individuals who meet their specific criteria for permanent residency.

– Family Sponsorship:

Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor their family members, including spouses, common-law partners, dependent children, parents, and grandparents, for permanent residency.

– Home Child Care Giver:

The Home Child Care Provider Program is a stream of the Live-in Caregiver Program, which allows individuals to come to Canada as a caregiver to provide in-home care for children, elderly individuals, or individuals with disabilities.

– Home Support worker:

The Home Support Worker category is for individuals who have been offered a job in Canada as a caretaker for elderly persons or those with disabilities, either in their own homes or in a care facility. These workers provide essential personal care and support services to help individuals live as independently as possible.

Study Permit:

The study permit is a document that allows foreign nationals to study in Canada for a specified period of time. In order to be eligible for a study permit, individuals must be accepted into a designated learning institution (DLI) and must prove that they have enough financial resources to support themselves during their studies, as well as return transportation back to their home country.

Visitor Visa/TRV:

The visitor visa, also known as the Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), is a document required by individuals who want to enter Canada for a temporary period. This can be for leisure, business, or medical purposes. The visitor visa allows individuals to stay in Canada for up to six months, with some exceptions.

Super Visa:

The Super Visa is a multiple-entry visa that allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to stay in Canada for up to two years at a time without the need for renewing their status. The Super Visa allows visitors to enjoy extended stays with their loved ones in Canada, while also providing peace of mind with the knowledge that they have adequate health insurance coverage.
